Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The High School Cross Country teams were at Ben Davis on Saturday morning competing against 20 strong teams from across Indiana. Aiden Lester stayed focused and ran for a season best time (17:41.26), making Webo's All-Time list. Alex Crockett finished next (18:35.73), followed closely by Brennan Bivens (18:41.10). Brayden Schick (19:25.89), Owen Young (19:34.09), Rex Stanley (20:20.84), Caleb Crockett (20:33.51), Kole Nelson (21:36.11), and Andres Morales (22:57.04) ran for season best times. Eli Bishop was close to a season best finishing in 20:30.57, and Izaak Harsin finished in 26:00.79. Charlotte Stucky finished first for the girls team in 21:13.54 for the 20th place ribbon, followed by Joan Gearheart (23:21.94), Abigayle Humphrey (23:39.16), Kate Higer (24:00.42), Janelle Gearheart (24:08.48), Harmony Gilbrech with a new PR (25:18.33), Britney Richwine with a new season best time (26:54.10), Adalyn Sartin (27:36.26), and Katrina Brewer (27:48.37). The Stars will compete again next Saturday at the Flashrock Invitational in Carmel.
