Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The 8th grade volleyball team defeated Clinton Prairie in two sets on Tuesday night, winning 25-13 and 25-22. The Stars came out strong in the first set with a strong offense and multiple players contributing serving runs, including a 4-point streak from Molly to help secure the win. Despite some hesitation and lapses in communication during the second set, the team showed grit, staying scrappy and pushing through to finish off the match in straight sets. Molly led the team with a 4-point serving streak and Blaize had a 5-point serving streak. Blaize led the team at the service line with 5 aces, Ady tallied 2 aces and 5 kills, while Molly added 4 aces and 3 kills. Kaity contributed with 3 kills and Ella had 5 assists.
