This is the boys 22nd team Sectional Championship in program history and the 4th in the last 5 years. Saturday's meet came down to the final relay race. LC held a 0.5 point advantage over the Crown Point Bulldogs. The 400 free relay team of Kajus Rudzivicius, Tim Hampton, Benjamin Billingsley, and Jacob Miczek cruised to a 5-second victory to seal the Sectional Championship. LC will have 6 State swims beginning in the preliminaries on Friday. Both the 200 and 400 Free Relay teams advances to State. Rudzivicius will have two additional state swims: 50 and 100 Free. Billingsley will have two additional state swims: 200 and 500 Free. The State Finals will take place on Friday and Saturday at the Indiana University Natatorium in Indianapolis.
