Lake Central High School

LC sent four wrestlers to the state finals: Mario Orueta, Chase Kasprzak, Emilio Tirado, and Mason Jones. Mason Jones finished as the state runner-up in the 106 pound class. He wrestled his way to the finals by winning by fall in his first match, winning by decision in his second, and major decisioning the top ranked wrestler in the state. He concluded a remarkable career finishing his senior season with 39 wins to just 1 loss.
