Varsity vs LaPorte High School (60 - 65) Loss Varsity vs Harrison High School (53-79) Loss Junior Varsity vs LaPorte High School (42-30) Win Junior Varsity vs Harrison High School (40-54) Loss JV Update: Friday night the boys' junior varsity team faced off against the LaPorte Slicers. The tribe won 42-30, Freshman Christian Martinez led all scorers with 17 points, Sophomore Logan Barbush contributed 15 points, along with 8 rebounds. Saturday night the junior varsity faced off against the Harrison Raiders in West Lafayette, losing 40-54. Sophomore Logan Barbush registered a double-double scoring 11 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Freshman Christian Martinez added 12 points for the tribe. The team's record now stands at 7-2. They will be back in action at home on Friday night against the Portage Indians. Varsity Update: The Tribe lost the DAC opener at home on Friday to the LaPorte Slicers in a back-and-forth battle. Noah Sabador drained 5-3s for a team high 19 points. Zachary Greene scored 16 and grabbed 4 boards. Noah Enyeart contributed a team high and career high 14 rebounds; he also had 10 points. Jacob Billmeyer and Spencer Gail had 7 and 6 points respectively. On Saturday, LC traveled to West Lafayette to take on the Harrison Raiders and feel 73-59. Enyeart had a team high 20. Greene chipped in 9 and Brady Conner had 5 rebounds. LC is 2-9 overall and 0-1 in the DAC.
