Lake Central High School

Varsity @ Hanover Central High School for the Lake County Championships (Third overall) On Saturday, the Indians wrestling team traveled to Hanover Central for the annual Lake County Championships. LC finished 3rd overall as a team and had 3 individual champions. Cruz Orueta was victorious at 106 pounds; Luke Nied was victorious at 120 pounds; and Emilio Tirado (senior) won at 175 pounds. Orueta and Nied are both freshman. LC will wrestle at Chesterton this weekend for the DAC Championships.
