Senior Emilio Tirado was the 2024-25 DAC Champion as well as IHSAA Sectional and Regional Champion at 175 pounds. He was rewarded for his efforts by begin named to the All Duneland Athletic Conference Team. Emilio was the lone representative at 175 pounds. Freshman Cruz Orueta was also the 2024-25 DAC Champion as well as IHSAA Sectional and Regional Champion at 106 pounds. Cruz was also a state placer at 106, which is a great achievement. Orueta was joined at 106 pounds on the all conference team by Sam Westfall of Crown Point. The full DAC team as well as final standings are attached.
