The boys' golf team made their first team state finals in over 20 years this season. Yesterday, they began their state finals experience at Prairie View Golf Club in Carmel, IN against 17 additional teams. LC finished day 1 in 10th place with a team score of 318. Tyler Morton and Matt Tuley led the way on day 1 posting impressive 75s on the difficult course. Logan Carroll and Troy Howell shot 84s, and Cooper Kroncke had an 85. Morton and Tuley are tied for 23rd place in the 108 golfer field; they're both within 4 strokes of the top 5.
