🌟 Meet 2018 LC Grad & Professional Golfer: Alexis Miestowski 🌟 We’re proud to celebrate one of Lake Central’s finest, Alexis Miestowski, whose journey from high school standout to professional golfer is nothing short of inspiring. ✅ 4-Year Varsity Letter Winner in Girls Golf ✅ 4-Time All-Duneland Athletic Conference Selection ✅ 4-Time IHSAA All State Selection ✅ 3 Top-5 Finishes at the IHSAA State Finals 🏆 2015 State Champion 🥉 2016 3rd Place 🥈 2017 Runner-Up ✅ School Record Holder: • Lowest 9-Hole Score: -4 (Michigan City Municipal) • Lowest 18-Hole Score: 63 (-9) at Sandy Pines (course record) • Lowest 9-Hole Season Average: 34.5 After a stellar high school career, Alexis continued her golf journey at Indiana University Bloomington before turning professional on the Epson Tour in 2024. This week, Alexis is competing at Kemper Lakes in Chicago in a special charity event, where she has the chance to win $50,000 for her favorite charity.
