The Slicer Gymnastics Team lost to Portage High School 95.075 - 103.825. Junior Evie Travis continued to make improvements placing 2nd on vault 9.0, beam 9.075, and floor 9.025, all-around 35.125 and 4th on bars 8.025. Freshman Molly Thibideau was 8th on vault 7.8, 6th on bars 6.225, 7th beam 7.275, 9th floor 7.825, and 6th all-around 29.125. Freshman Maddie Johnson was 6th on vault 8.15, 5th on bars 6.85, 12th on beam 6.375, 10th floor 7.55, and 7th all-around 28.925. Freshman Makenna Minnick was 5th vault 8.2, 9th bars 4.625 and beam 6.95, 7th floor 8.3, and 8th all-around 28.075. Junior Genny Witulski was 7th vault 8.05 and bars 5.375, and 8th beam 7.125. Freshman Marlee Dhoore was 10th vault 7.25, 11th beam 6.45, and 11th floor 7.3. The Slicers travel to Merrillville on Saturday.
