The Slicers got a pair of wins Wednesday night at Beechwood Golf Course. La Porte beat Marquette 161-169 and beat New Prairie 161-180. Lukas Albin led the Slicers and was medalist for the match with a career best 1 under round of 35. Evan Sittig followed with a 38, Burke Penziol. 41, and Logan Cooney 47. The JV Slicers also got two wins. They beat Marquette 192-203 and beat New Prairie 192-218. Oscar Saban led the JV with a 42. Brooks Tonagel and Dane Penziol followed with a pair of 48s, and Evan Glick rounded out the scoring with a 54. Next up for the Slicers is the Marquette Invite on Saturday at Michigan City Municipal.
