The Slicer Boys Varsity Cross Country team had another strong showing today finishing 4th at the New Prairie invite. Featuring 30 teams in the class 3A race the boys competed against many teams from around northern Indiana and many future post season opponents. The Slicers were led by Brayden Sobecki and Preston Peterson finishing 11th and 13th respectively. Rounding out the top 5 for scoring were Charles Tonagel (31st), Hunter Quadlin (36th), and Jack Miskowicz (61st). The Slicers race next at the Duneland Conference meet on Saturday September 30th.
