Junior Varsity vs Plymouth High School (16 - 6) Win LaPorte JV traveled to Plymouth Saturday, and came away with their first victory of the year. LaPorte scored nine runs in the 5th inning to blow the game open. LaPorte was led by Mia Johnson, who pitched a complete game, and Kieanna Simpson who drove in six runs on three hits. LaPorte collected 14 hits in total. Keraghan Blind, Johnson and Simpson led LaPorte with three hits each, and Evie Travis added two hits. Aaliyah Keen led the team with two stolen bases. LaPorte was perfect in the field by not committing an error.
