The LaPorte Volleyball team fell to 0-2 in Duneland Conference play with a 25-17, 25-27, 25-13, 25-18 loss at Crown Point on Thursday night. Offensively, Kailtin Wilson led the way with nine kills, while Avery Tulacz added eight. Elizabeth Anglin and Madison Copeland tallied four kills each. Lilly Buckley dished out a team-best 18 assists. Defensively, Tulacz led the way with 33 digs and Emma Hull recorded 23. Mia Mendoza added 17 digs with Anglin adding 12 digs. At the net, Tessa Koepke had five blocks and Mendoza fired three aces from the service line. In the junior varsity contest, the Slicers dropped a 21-25, 25-20, 15-10 decision.
