The LaPorte Slicers finished in 6th place at the Harrison Invite against some of the states best teams. The Slicers were lead by the trio of Liam Lilly (10th place, 16:06), Hunter Quadlin (16th place, 16:10) and Jack Miskowicz (23rd, 16:19). Rounding out the top 5 were Evan Howes and Charles Tonagel with Varsity newcomer Luke Romine breaking 18 minutes for the first time. Several athletes on the varsity and JV walked away with career best times. The Slicers walk away unsatisfied with the overall finish and look forward to traveling to IWU to go against some of the states best teams once again.
