The Slicers Girls Swimming and Dive team traveled to Warsaw yesterday, and fell 97-83. The lead switched back and forth for most of the meet, and one LaPorte relay mishap left Warsaw in the lead for good. There were a lot of great efforts and PRs by the Slicers. Winning for LaPorte were: 200 Medley Relay of: Cali Hatala (backstroke), Noor Hakim (breaststroke), Megan Zolvinski (butterfly), and Lily Siford (freestyle). Zolvinski had a PR in her 50 Fly split. 200 Freestyle: Isabel Barron 200 Individual Medley: Cali Hatala 100 Butterfly: Megan Zolvinski in a season best time 500 Freestyle: Regan Hughes, in a season best time of 6:01.49 400 Freestyle Relay: Isabel Barron, Katelyn Peterson, Cali Hatala and Noor Hakim. Hakim had a lifetime PR in the 400 Free Relay. The Slices record falls to 11-5. They host Chesterton on Thursday. Always proud. Go Slicers! Coach Brahim
