The LaPorte Slicer Girls Wrestling team placed 7th out of 15 teams in the sectional over the weekend. Cienna Jordan, Aubrey Tanksley, and Autumn Vermette wrestled their way to a 5th place finish. This makes them alternates for the Regional this weekend. Leah Williamson earned a spot in the Regional by climbing to third place on the podium. Aubrey Klettke and Anastasia O'Shea will also be wrestling at the Regional, as they both finished second. The girls will be back in action on Friday during the Goshen Regional at 9:00 am.
