The boys golf team picked up a pair of wins Wednesday night at Beechwood. La Porte beat New Prairie 185-195 and beat Marquette 185-186. Luke Cannon and Aiden Mrozinski led the way each shooting a 44. Lukas Albin followed with a 46. Burke Penziol and Evan Hough each had 51. The JV Slicers also got two wins to start the season. La Porte beat New Prairie 224-251 and beat Marquette 224-236. Logan Cooney and Phoenix Lowery each shot 53 and Gabe Younggreen and Ryan Rinker each shot 59. The Slicers will host South Central next Wednesday at 4:00 at Beechwood.
