The Scottsburg Warriors picked up a solid 52–40 victory over North Vermillion on Tuesday at the Clay City Classic, using a strong fourth quarter to create separation. After a back-and-forth first quarter, Scottsburg took control before halftime and carried a narrow lead into the break. The Warriors’ defense set the tone throughout the night, forcing turnovers and limiting North Vermillion’s scoring opportunities. Scottsburg then closed the game with a 23-point fourth quarter to seal the win.
