Norton Scott Hospital will be offering free sports physicals to Scott 2 student athletes on July 15th and July 17th from 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM. The free physicals will be held at the Scott Specialty Clinic located at 1461 N Gardner St in Scottsburg. Appointments are required so please call 812-752-8927 x7006 to schedule yours today. Parent or guardian has to be present during appointment. Physical form has to be filled out and signed prior to your appointment. Forms may be picked up at Scott 2 Central Office at Door 1 from 8 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday. This physical is for Scott 2 students entering Grades 6 through 12 this Fall.
