IHSAA SECTIONAL WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2025 JENNINGS COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL 800 West Walnut Street North Vernon, Indiana OFFICIAL WEIGH-IN:​8:00-8:30 am ​8:45 am – Coaches meeting in hospitality area (Hallway by the wrestling complex). SESSIONS:​  PROJECTED TIME SCHEDULE​ Times may change as the day progresses! Earlier or later. 9:00 am  – 10:15 am​First Round - Championship Bracket – 4 mats ​10:15 am – Noon ​Round Two - Championship Bracket Semi-Finals – 4 mats and First Round Wrestle backs **We will wrestle until Round one is complete and break until 12:30. Noon – 12:30 Lunch Break 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm​Round Three - Consolation Bracket Semi-Finals – 4 mats 2:00 pm – Finish​Championship & Consolation Finals – 3 mats ** Presentation of ribbons will be after the next completed weight class. Awards will be presented to the “Top Six” places. WRESTLEBACKS:​ The new IHSAA system will be used to decide the top six place winners of each weight class. LENGTH OF MATCHES: ​Championship Bracket matches will be 2-2-2 periods; all Consolation matches will be 1-2-2 in length ADMISSION:​Ticket - $7.00     Digital tickets will be available at https://ihsaa.eventlink.com/tickets. ​​Tickets can also be purchased at the door.  CASH  ONLY. SEEDING MEETING:  Wednesday, January 29, 2025   7:00 pm   at Jennings County High School-Wrestling  SPECTATORS: ​All spectators are expected to remain in the upper balcony during the day and only those with proper ID will be permitted on the floor. VIDEOTAPING:​ Schools may videotape from the upper balcony on the South side. Videotaping by a school should occur only when a participant from that school is wrestling.
